In order to expedite our time and 3D model (if necessary) I need the following in descending order of importance.

1. Your plat (survey) which is a drawing of your property boundaries, house, and paved areas.  If you don't have one, you may make one on 10x10 grid paper.  This is a free tutorial> Developing the Landscape Plan.pdf
2. Optional Differential levels indicating slopes.
3. Optional Ground level floor plan)
4. Optional Elevations (building sides) and roof plan(s) if available.
5. If I come see you, I will take a series of images to create panoramic pictures.  If we are going to meet online, I need you to take the images from the 4 property lines toward the house, (or proposed location) and 4 from the house looking toward the property lines.  Photos

Please forward the above submittals in one of the following formats in descending order of preference: 

1. I prefer AutoCAD version 2000 or DXF files because it's must faster.  Your architect/engineer/developer will have these and can email them to me.
2. If you have a scanner, or can take larger sheets to your local print shop, please use the following:
   1. Letter size pages 200 DPI gray scale GIF
   2. Tabloid may be scanned in 2 overlapping passes 200 DPI gray scale GIF
   3. E (24”x36”) size sheets 75 DPI gray scale GIF.
3. If you have neither of the above, you can mail/send Hard Copies (paper prints).
   1. Letter size and tabloid please send in letter size envelope
   2. Please send E size sheets in a mailing tube.  If you fold them I have to iron them flat.
